The fourth annual Lake Sundance Parade of Garage Sales is now behind us. The residents of Sundance have donated just under $1000 to the Calgary Children's Cottage in support of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation.
The Royal LePage Shelter Foundation raises funds across the country for shelter-related causes to provide a safe place to live or escape for the people in our own communities who need our help on a temporary basis. This is one day a year when Realtors and their clients fulfill a need while having fun hosting their own garage sales. What a great way to meet friends and neighbours, recyle your treasures and help those in need. Please remember to donate a portion of your day's earnings for this great cause.
