Toni has spent more than 30 years in large and mid-size organizations, such as Air Canada, Citibank Diners Club, Travel Trust International, and Gelco Expense Management. She excelled in sales and senior management positions with ever-increasing levels of responsibility, both in people management and geographic sales territories. Toni's product knowledge, people skills, and sales experience has led her into board rooms with senior executives in Top 100 companies and Governments, throughout Canada and the United States. She is a skillful and fair negotiator, and fosters win/win solutions. Toni sticks to the basics when working with clients to help them achieve their real estate investment dreams: treat others as you wish to be treated yourself.
She joined the Real Estate industry in 2003, and quickly excelled, achieving Masters Sales status in her first year, President's Gold in her second through fourth years, and the prestigeous Director's Platinum Award each year thereafter. She continues to be a top performer for Royal LePage and a key producer in the Calgary Real Estate Market. For 2011, Toni was also awarded the Award of Excellence reflecting consistent top sales achievement.
Toni uses the latest technology tools to deliver the most up-to-date information to her clients. She can provide the most current information to her clients and prospects to help them make the best decision for their investments. She is truly techno-savy and uses her web-enabled - text-enabled phone device to learn of new properties as they come on the market.
Besides enjoying Real Estate, Toni volunteers in and around her community. Her current pet project in Lake Sundance 
is collecting outdated and redundant computer technology from neighbourhood residents and delivering it to a decommissioning station, so that harmful contaminants can be safely removed before the equipment becomes landfill. Toni also volunteers her time and efforts to the Executive Women International, Calgary Chapter.

Family ties are very important to Toni, and finding quality time with her family on the ski slopes, biking trails and mountain trails, as well as the ballparks, are an important element in the quality of life that she balances with her busy real estate life.
