He is now continuing his studies at Pacific at the post-graduate level, expecting to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013. He will then be Doctor Brett Bousquet!

If he doesn't make it as a doctor, he might make it as a rapper!

Brett's take is that living an hour from Mount Hood's famous ski resorts, and an hour from Oregon's white sandy beaches is a whole lot more enticing than battling snow and freezing temperatures in Calgary. Brett is living his dream!
Since July 2008 he has been on the mend from a baseball injury which saw him tear his ACL and MCL. Successful surgery has just taken place, and his is relying heavily upon physiotherapy to get him back into baseball ready condition. He has been a major contributor this year to his team, as he completes his final undergrad year at school. He graduates in May.
Brett is a fine product of the Lake Sundance community, having spent his best years growing up on the lake, attending Father Whelihan Elementary and Junior High School, and graduating from Bishop O'Byrne High School. Brett has always loved baseball, and has put his heart and soul into the game, maximizing the programs through CalSouth Little League, ABA's Calgary Cubs, and the Babe Ruth Dodgers. Brett was on the Babe Ruth Blues championship team that won the Babe Ruth World Series in 2006 in Newark, Ohio, coached by Darwin Kraft, Brian Hanes and Neil Bousquet.
